We’ll divide in 3 steps to make things simple:

1. Payment Confirmation: After your payment’s finalized, we take up to 24 hours to confirm your payment with our billing department.

2a. Order Processing: 2-4 business days to prepare your sneakers and get them out to the courier.

2b. Tracking Number: You’ll receive your tracking number 3-5 days after your payment’s confirmed.

3. Shipping: 5-14 business days.

Shipping Couriers: We use DHL, Fedex, EMS and RPX (for our friends in Germany) — the courier depends on your location.

Total turnaround: 7-18 business days.

Standard Economy (12-15 Business Days): $8.00 USD

Express (6-12 Business Days): $29 USD

We get it — you want your order fast. And, as soon as you place it, we’re on it.

We can only accommodate order adjustments within 24 hours of placing it. And we cannot cancel an order after it has been placed.

If you need our help with this, we may be able to edit your order. If so, please submit a support ticket with your request.

We accept VISA/MASTER, PayPal Invoice, Cryptocurrency and Bank Transfer

In order to keep our clients and their information safe, we use a third-party payment provider who offers a fully secure and 264-bit encrypted payment environment.

We never collect your payment info directly.

Here are the steps needed for your payment method of choice. Always get in touch with us if you have any questions:

Pay with Credit Card

We will send you a payment link shortly (Usually in 1-6 hours, if you don’t receive it, please check your spam emails).

Pay with PayPal Invoice

We will send you a PayPal invoice and payment link shortly (Usually in 1-6 hours, if you don’t receive it, please check your spam emails).

Pay with Cryptocurrency

Please place the order directly as per our instructions. Contact us if you have any issues/questions.

Pay with Bank Transfer

Step 1: You’ll be emailed the bank account shortly after you’ve placed your order. Kindly pay via a wire transfer to complete your payment with this method.

Step 2. Kindly send us proof (screenshot) after your payment’s been processed.

Step 3: You’ll receive a tracking number in approximately 3-5 days.

Step 4: Get your outfits ready — you’ll love them that much.

“UA” stands for “Unauthorized Authentic”.

UA shoes are made in the same factories, using the same materials, and the same workers that make the official retail pairs you’ve been daydreaming about — they just mark up the prices because they’re branded (shocker, we know).

Most top sneaker branda, say Nike or Adidas, own the factories and make sneakers in China. So for our UA shoes, the materials and workmanship are the same — they’re top-quality.

Sure, UA shoes are not Authentic/Original/Real shoes, but they’re virtually identical to the real deal. UA shoes are not synonymous with cheap replica shoes.

You’ll love the quality.

Even though we have the lowest seizure rates on the market, we protect our clients with a reshipment free of charge in the event of a seizure. So, rest assured you’re always taken care of.

Our return policy lasts 7 days after you’ve received your order.

If 7 days have passed since you received your package, unfortunately we can not offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it (fully unused with its original packaging).

Quality is very important to us, so we may ask you to send us pictures of your sneakers in the event we’re facing defective merchandise.

If your order was damaged in transit, kindly hold on to the damaged item for inspection by the shipping courier. Shipping charges on the original order will be refunded if the entire order is returned, or if the return is necessary due to a mistake on our behalf. We are unable to issue refunds for return shipping charges.

Please allow 2-4 weeks for us to process your refund once we receive your return. Note: You must bear the shipping cost for the return.
